Services Our job is to do the searching for you, like a general insurance agency, we meet and discuss your needs and wishes. We then go to the market place and locate the Mortgage Lender that provides the product that meets these wishes at the Best Rate. Fees for our services are paid by the lender. Whether it is a Purchase, Transfer, Refinance or Equity Access we are dedicated to making your mortgage experience a pleasant one. Private funds are also available for unique situations. Lender/broker Fees may apply. Purchase Be it your first home or a relocation we are able to provide an in-depth overview of the pruchase. We will explain the difference between Conventional and CMHC insured mortgages and detail associated costs. |
Transfers We are able to arrange for a no cost transfer of your existing mortgage at maturity to a new lender at a lower rate and save you money Refinances Should you require a restructuring of your credit facilities we are able to review your financial situation and provide a financing package that will increase your monthly cash flow. This may include a combination of a new mortgage and personal loan. Equity Access We are pleased to help you tap into the equity in your residence for whatever reason; investments, topping up your RSP, a new car, or a trip around the world.
